EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY – Muneeba Wear

At Muneeba Wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy

carefully before submitting a request.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

Exchange or return requests are accepted only if:

● The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

● Original tags and labels are intact

● Product is in original packaging (if applicable)

● Item is in the same condition as delivered

● Request is submitted within 5 days of receiving the order

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Muneeba Wear will arrange a free exchange

● The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery

● Replacement will be sent after verification

Incorrect Items Sent by Muneeba Wear

If an incorrect item is sent:

Muneeba Wear will arrange free doorstep pickup

● Exchange will be processed after item verification

Customer-Initiated Exchanges

If the product is correct but you wish to exchange:

● A Rs. 250–300 exchange fee applies for doorstep pickup

OR

● You may courier the item back at your own expense

Exchange Limitations



● Sale or discounted items are not eligible

● Exchange value is based on the final sale price

● Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be

accepted

REFUND POLICY – Muneeba Wear

Refund Method

Muneeba Wear offers refunds through bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Refund Amount

● If the return is due to Muneeba Wear,s mistake (wrong or damaged item):

✔ Full amount will be refunded (no delivery charges deducted)

● If the return is due to customer’s choice or mistake:

✔ Delivery charges will be deducted

✔ Remaining amount will be refunded

Refund Process

1. Returned item is received by Muneeba Wear

2. Product is inspected

3. Customer is informed

4. Refund is sent to the customer
